High Holidays - Limited Access

This year, being unlike any other year, we are requiring you to sign up for the services you are interested in attending. We can only accommodate as many congregants as we can do safely and in accordance with the COVID social distancing protocols. Signing up on this form does not guarantee a seat. It is a request for a seat and we will email you with further details if and when the seating request has been granted. To view a copy of our Re-opening protocols, please click here. Deadline for High Holiday Seating requests will be Tuesday, September 8th. All seating will be given on a 1st come 1st serve basis. If you are planning to register for In-person services, you must 1st sign the COVID waiver here (please note you only need to sign this form once).
